# NEW Best Practices for 2019/365 Projects

The first time students open an Office 2019/365 project assignment, they will automatically be shown the *SIMnet Project Best Practices* guide. The guide contains instructions for how to complete project assignments in SIMnet, and how to use the features that are available to help students complete a project successfully.

Before students can attempt their 2019/365 project assignment they must review the *SIMnet Project Best Practices* guide and then click the **I acknowledge that I have read the Best Practices guide.** button.

Users can view the Best Practices guide at any time by clicking the **Best Practices** tab when in a 2019 project assignment.

To print the Best Practices guide, click the **Print**button in the upper right corner of the Best Practices guide. The 2019/365 guide will no longer be offered as a PDF. However, it can be saved as a PDF by clicking the **Print**button and selecting **Save as PDF**.
