# Crashes In Simulated “Let Me Try” Content

Lately, we are seeing an increase in the frequency of reports regarding a crash or freeze of our simulated (SWF-based) Let Me Try content in SIMnet as well as our simulated exam questions. It is usually accompanied by a message in the browser that the plugin has crashed or a popup with the following message:

“A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.”

After investigating the issue, we have come to the conclusion that this is actually an issue in the Flash Player plugin in Firefox. What this means is that we can’t fix the issue internally–we need to rely on either Mozilla or Adobe to fix this issue. We have filed bug reports with each company (links below) and hope they find a resolution quickly. If more people report occurrences, the priority will be elevated, so if you have time, please report that you are having trouble also. In the meantime, we suggest trying a different browser to see if you get better results. We have only been able to reproduce the issue in Windows 8.1 using Firefox 33, so we suggest switching to Chrome or IE until this issue is resolved.

We have kept the details to a minimum in this blog post, but if you would like more info or would like to keep up to date on the progress of the bug fixes, please visit the links above.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.simnetonline.com/blog/2014-posts/crashes-in-simulated-let-me-try-content.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
