A number of instructors have noted difficulty finding grades in their gradebook when a student had completed an assignment. This can happen when a student completes a personal lesson or completes a lesson as part of a different class section than expected. To make it easier for instructors to see what class section an assignment was taken for, a column has been added to the Student Report. The Class column displays which class an assignment corresponds to.
Instructors can manually override a grade in the gradebook if they have found that an individual grade has been recorded inappropriately. In the future new functionality will be added to make this process easier.
If an instructor notes a whole class or a large number of student grades are incorrect, please submit a ticket to McGraw-Hill technical support with the pertinent information and the grades will be moved for them.
