Gradebook Fixes

There were two problems reported related to gradebook display when changing custom project rubrics:

  1. When the project instructions were updated, the gradebook label was not updating appropriately. This has been fixed.

  2. Overriding instruction points was not properly adjusting the gradebook score for custom rubrics. This has been fixed. The gradebook now accounts for the # of points in the original rubric and adjusts accordingly.
