# SIMnet unexpected outage – Sunday, September 14

As of approximately 5:00 pm EDT today, the SIMnet system became completely unavailable. We are working with our hosting provider to determine the root cause of the issue, which appears to be network related and a wider problem than just SIMnet.

We will post an update as soon as we have more information.

We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue.
