# New Expanded Hours for Technical Support

Dear Instructors and Students,

We are happy to inform you that our Customer Experience Group (CXG) has expanded its hours for technical support to include Saturdays and extended hours on Sundays. You can contact CXG at **800-331-5094** (US only).

CXG Hours of Operations\
• Sunday – 12:00pm to 11:00pm Central time\
• Monday-Thursday – 8:00am to 11:00pm Central time\
• Friday – 8:00am to 6:00pm Central time\
• Saturday – 10:00am to 4:00pm Central time
