General Projects Grading Improvements

1/10/2014

Word Header and Footer Styles – Revised the method of detecting header and footer styles to search for characteristics of the style. For example, the Facet (Even Page) header style has graphics and the page number in the upper left.

1/17/2014:

Excel Headers and Footers – Improved checks for header and footer elements within left, center and right areas.

Power Point Text – Improved two different methods of searching for text. One method is used to determine if a text string is found within a component. The other method is used for matching all of the text within a component.

1/24/2014:

Word Font Family – Added corrections for handling default Calibri font.

1/31/2014:

Excel Pivot Tables – Added an additional check for cell references when comparing data in pivot tables.

Word Header Footer Tab Stops – Added corrections for handling default center and right tab stops.

Guided Project 1-2 : Grading was adjusted to grade only for the presence of the border line and not the thickness of the border line because the line thickness may vary depending on the method used to add the border.
