Fixes for Known Issues from 2/15/2014 Student Portal Update

Update: The fixes below were released as of 9:30PM CST on 2/17/2014

There is a pending release scheduled for later this evening (2/17/2014) to fix the following known issues:

β€’ The Tiles view in the student portal are out of order; they are not arranged by Due Dates. β€’ Students cannot purchase access through the SIMnet e-commerce. β€’ The password protection for the Project assignments is only being applied to step 3, the grading component.
