# 2016 Resource Files

SIMnet now hosts Resource files for 2016 content directly in the Library.

Instructors have access to Instructor-only files, like the Instructor Manual, as well as the student files, like project data files. To access resource files for 2016 content, instructors should view thelibraryby clicking on the **SIMstudent** link onthe top bar of the *Course Manager* and select the **Library** link.

In the library, select the desired book. Book level resources, like the *Capstone Projects* are available from the **Resources** tab next to the book title.

Chapter level resources, such as the chapter*Instructor Manual*or *Instructor**PowerPoint**presentations* are available by chapter. To access them, select the 2016 book, such as**In Practice – Office 2016** then select the desired application, such as**Word** from the drop-down list then select the desired chapter. Once you have selected the desired chapter, click the**Resources** tab.

This update applies to 2016 content. Previous OLC files are still available through the previous methods. If a book does not have OLC files available through SIMnet the *Resources* tab will not be visible.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.simnetonline.com/blog/2016-posts/2016-resource-files.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
