As of the latest update today at 1:17 pm CDT from ourfile storage provider, they are continuing to troubleshoot the problems with their cloud system. A detailed technical explanation of the issues can be found here: <https://status.rackspace.com/>

The impact on SIMnet is limited to the *Projects* and *Resources* areas. Students may continue to experience intermittent slowness or errors when downloading source files or uploading files for grading.

We will continue to post updates when we have meaningful updates from our vendor.
