# RESOLVED: Missing Modules Issue Tuesday, September 4th

Due to an unexpected issue some students may have incorrectly received a “missing modules” error from on Tuesday, September 4th, 2018 from 4:30PM – 5:10PM Eastern time. This issue would have prevented students from completing SIMnet 2016 assignments during this timeframe. Students may need to logout of SIMnet prior to attempting another assignment.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience. Should you or your students experience any other issues, please contact our Customer Experience Group toll-free at 800-331-5094 (US Only).

Sincerely,\
SIMnet Product Team
