When you’re in a database and you click the File tab, you’re taken to the Home tab in Backstage view (previously it was the Info tab).
The Files (Workbooks, Documents, Presentations) and Folders links have a new Font/Style
File locations includes a visual update
The Featured and Personal links have been removed
On the Account tab:

Name of product has changed, no longer ProPlus, it’s now Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise
The Home tab is new in Backstage for Access. It’s equivalent to the Backstage view of the other apps.
There is now an area at the top that allows you to click on a thumbnail to open a blank database.
Save and Save As are now in a different order in the left nav

Clicking the Save button on the Quick Access Toolbar using an unsaved file opens a new dialog instead of defaulting to the Save As section in Backstage view
The Ink Toolbox on the Draw tab has additional options and functionality.
New fonts are available in the Font List. 5 new potential default fonts include Bierstadt, Grandview, Seaford, Skeena, and Tenorite.
The Insert Surface or Radar Chart button no longer appears in the Charts group on the Insert tab.
In the Sheet Options group, there is a vertical divider between Gridelines and Headings on the Page Layout tab.
On the View tab there is a new group named Sheet View.
On the Home tab The Design Ideas button now appears in the Designer group.
On the Insert tab:
The Reuse Slides button now appears in the Slides group
The Forms button icon has changed
New group named Captions & Subtitles now appears on the Slide Show tab.
On the View tab, the former Learning Tools button is now named Immersive Reader. The Properties button icon has changed
Clicking the title in the Title bar can save the document to One Drive; this is only visible when working from a previously saved document, not a new document.
