LTIA Integrations - Student Pairing

The SIMnet LTIA Integration registration and pairing process for students.

Registering for SIMnet directly from your school's Learning Management System (LMS) is simple 1 step process.

Note: These steps only need to be completed once to setup the connection between your LMS account and your new SIMnet account. Further logins from your LMS will go directly to SIMnet

1. Click on the SIMnet Assignment link from your LMS

Locate and click on any SIMnet assignment to start the registration and pairing process.

Canvas

1. Login into your Canvas account and navigate to your Canvas course.

2. Click on any SIMnet Assignment from the Assignments or Modules left navigation menu. Each class may have selected a different location in Canvas to place the SIMnet Assignment.

Blackboard Ultra

Login to your Blackboard account and navigate to your SIMnet course.
Select the Content section and click the title of any SIMnet assignment.

Blackboard Original

Login to your Blackboard account and navigate to your SIMnet course.
Select the Content section and click the title of any SIMnet assignment.

D2L - Brightspace

From your D2L SIMnet course select the Content link from the top navigation.
From the module with SIMnet assignments click the assignment title.

Moodle

From your Moodle SIMnet course click the assignment title.

You will be prompted to either create a new SIMnet account or sign in with an existing SIMnet account. Depending on your school's setup, some fields may need to be input to complete the registration. Click Create Account or Sign In to complete the pairing process.

If you already have a SIMnet Student account you would like to pair with, click the link to Sign In instead.

Create Account

To create a new SIMnet account, please review the McGraw Hill Terms of Service, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy and Click Create Account to complete the pairing process.

If you already have a SIMnet account you would like to pair with, click the link to Sign In instead.

Note: SIMnet will email your username and a generated password in case you need to Sign In directly to the SIMnet URL.

Note: If SIMnet already has your email address on file at the selected SIMnet URL, you will be directed to Sign In instead of creating a new account.

Warning: If your email address is not availalbe for use as a SIMnet username you will be prompted to select a differnt username to create your new SIMnet account.
