# New Copilot Chapters

New **Copilot in the Application** SIMbook chapters for Microsoft Word are here! These chapters introduce simulated skills that let students practice using Microsoft Copilot in realistic application-based environments, even when they do not have direct access to Copilot in Microsoft 365.

Each chapter includes simulated Show Me, Guide Me, and Let Me Try exercises, along with simulated assessment questions, so you can teach, practice, and assess Copilot skills within the same familiar SIMnet learning flow.

**No customer intervention is required.** As each chapter is released, the new content will flow automatically into the appropriate *In Practice* and *Skills Approach* SIMbooks and you will receive the chapters that are tied to the products you are already using.  You do not need to purchase a separate product, add additional products to your account, or complete any additional setup to access these chapters.

You can begin incorporating the new SIMbook chapters into your courses as they become available, with more applications coming soon. The simulated format makes it easier to bring practical AI skills into the classroom while keeping the experience consistent with the SIMnet tools you and your students already know.
