Create Campus and Manage Textbooks will be covered in subsequent articles. If your school shares a URL and you have multiple campuses, you may have multiple campuses set up in SIMnet. {% endhint %} Once you've logged in as an admin and clicked on Admin Settings, you will be on the General tab. Click on Campuses to view and manage the campuses for your account.

## Review Campuses You can view and manage campuses associated with your account, including creating and deleting campuses. You can view courses in each campus, view and manage textbooks, and access campus settings. You may have just one default campus, but if your account includes multiple campuses that share the same URL, then you will see multiple campuses. {% hint style="info" %} **Learn more:** [Create Campus](/instructor-experience/admin-settings/admin-settings-campuses/create-campus.md) {% endhint %}

## Review Courses For each campus, you can click on the Courses icon to view courses in that campus.

You will see a list of courses and they are all hyperlinked so that you can visit that course by clicking on the title. Close the panel by clicking on the X in the upper-right corner.

## Edit Campus Settings Click on the kebab (three dots) to access the actions to Delete a campus or edit Campus Settings. Deleting a campus is permanent, so take care in choosing that option.

Campus Settings will show you the current settings at the campus level. Campus settings will be inherited by every course created in that campus. However, those individual course settings can be changed as needed.

### Details & Grading Edit the Campus Name if desired. You can edit the grading preference for when to assign a zero grade for assignments. That can be on the assignment due date, the assignment end date, the course end date, or you can not assign zeros at all and enter them manually.

### Student Experience Sorting determines the order in which assignments are displayed. * The default setting is to order by Due Date, First to Last, allowing students to view assignments in the order they need to complete them. * The other options are to sort by Start Date or End Date, Title, or Custom Order. * The Custom Order option means that the order that is set by moving assignments in the Organize view will stay in place.

Assignments can be displayed to students in multiple ways. Display by tiles is the default SIMnet view, but all views are enabled. Students can change the view according to their preference. * The Tile option displays each assignment as an individual tile, color coded by assignment type.​ * The List option displays assignments as a single list. * The Calendar option displays a monthly calendar with each assignment on the calendar organized by Start, Due, or End-date.

Show unavailable assignments is unchecked by default. Checking the box will allow students to see assignments that have not reached their start date or are past their end date. This option will not supersede any Restrictions set below.

Status allows students to filter by different statuses in their assignment list. This is checked for all by default.

### Enrollment and viewing restrictions Restrictions allow you to control access to enrollment and viewing of course assignments. * Restrict enrollment before start date prevents students from being able to enroll in the course before the course start date. * Restrict enrollment after end date prevents students from inadvertently enrolling in a course that has ended. * Restrict viewing of course assignments before the start date prevents students from accessing assignments before the course start date. * Restrict viewing of course assignments after the end date prevents students from re-accessing their course materials after the course has ended. Restricting the viewing of course materials will not keep students from being able to review their SIMbooks in their library after the course is complete.

### Apply changes Once you have made changes, click Save in the lower-right corner.

You will receive a confirmation that your updates have been made.
